We arrived quite late with no reservation before, but they manage to arrange a table for us party of three! The restaurant was recommended by an Italian friend! We tried the fresh craw-fish the local shrimps the fresh pasta the beans and the seafood risotto! All the plates were excellent, perfectly seasoned with a unique taste! The chef, a nice lady from Bari that I have met as I was passing by the kitchen to greet for the great dinning experience was looking exhausted! I have appreciated her effort to create so tasteful plates! Service was quite slow, thats what I thought at the beginning, but during the dinning experience, I realized that there was a satisfied flow that kept us engaged! This is not a fast food place like the most of the summer restaurants in Greek islands!

Can’t understand the negative reviews. Ate here twice and had the best food and wonderful experience. Yeah, the owner doesn’t bother with the usual ingratiating style but it’s fantastic.

We had a lovely meal in a delightful setting! We didn’t experience any poor service highlighted in the reviews earlier, and the food came out very quickly. Would recommend!

Don’t believe the Google rating! This must be the best restaurant in Gaios. We started with the Kouzini salad which was a great start for an excellent evening. The Italian chef cooks the best Moussaka we’ve had so far. The tagliolino with clams and dried tomatoes was delicious. The desserts are heavenly, cream catalane and hazelnut mousse. We will definitely go back!

When two of the best cuisines meet! That’s kouzini to you. Came to eat alone and had such a kind service including a direct view onto the kitchen. This is a family business through and through, run with much passion. The rating definitely doesn’t reflect my experience. Come and find out for yourself.

The best restaurant off all them savoured during my week of sailing! Rating seems totally not fair, lucky us - got recommendation from the connoisseur of local scene :) Specialty is fish, food is great, we had table at the kitchen, which is open for observation. Chef is italian woman, great food, great experience! And please book in advance, place is packed.

The best mussaka and pasta we ever taste, the service was extremely fast.
Want fresh home made pasta... This is the place to go to. Food was tasty, you can immediately see how much passion the chef puts into the food.

Simply one of the best Resturants on the island. Consistently great ingredients prepared just right every time. The service can be slow depending how busy they are but the wait is worth it. 👌👌👌👌👌

Fabulous restaurant. We ate here tonight and had such a delicious meal and wine from Santorini, great service and lovely environment. The Caprese salad and seafood risotto were the best I have eaten! Absolutely lovely. This restaurant should have a much higher rating. Highly recommend eating here.

I have not had a bad dish but want to specifically call out the scampi carpaccio, Mousakka and all the seafood pastas. If you come to paxos and don’t eat here you are mad.Ωράριο
